Biography

Felipe Mavignier has been a partner in the firm’s corporate area since 2012. He concentrates his practice on national and international transactions, especially M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and counseling on commercial contracts and corporate governance in general.

His experience includes advising domestic and multinational clients on matters related to a wide array of industries, including technology, entertainment, education, transportation, healthcare and others.

Experience
Responsible for corporate and contract teams focused on forestry investments, as well as the preparation and analysis of the formation of corporate, shareholders and service providers and products accordingly.

Graduated in Law from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco – PUC/PE. Specialist in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/SP.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Chapter and Law Office Commission of OAB/SP (COMSA).
